Welcome to Paris!

Prism'emploi is proud to host the 50th World Employment Conference

Paris was very productive in 1967. It was the year that Prism'emploi's predecessor was founded, the National Chamber of Temporary Staffing Companies, and the year of the first World Federation called the Ciett, which would become the World Employment Confederation.
What a long way our profession has come in 50 years! We have seen a new statute to protect workers, initiatives to safeguard career paths, and cooperation between international institutions to enable our sector to create jobs aligned with our values of agility, inclusion, safety and shared prosperity.
In 2017, our companies are facing new challenges. The digital era is creating its share of opportunities and shake-ups. We are proud to be coordinating the dialog that we hope everyone will join. - by Gilles LAFON

Preparing for the future: Building work resilience in the digital age

The World Employment Confederation has been shaping the world of work since 1967. The way employers and employees connect has tremendously changed in the past 50 years. Digital tools and big data analytics have transformed the way employment intermediaries operate and have lead to a steady broadening of the human resources solutions they provide. It has boosted efficiency, fostered innovation, and expanded the industry's role as labour market enablers: enabling work, adaptation, security and prosperity and contributing to inclusive, responsible labour markets. This year's conference cannot be missed as we will envision labour market dynamics in the digital age. Great minds of the world of work will comme together and inspire ways to manage the profound changes in the future of work. No topic will be left unturned. - by Annemarie MUNTZ

Programme

Three full days of plenary sessions, masterclasses and interactive discussions on the top trends for the global labour market and to imagine what the future of work might look like. From how we'll work to the way technological change will impact segments of the labour market to mobility and "brain circulation" - we'll try to answer the big questions of the moment. And prepare you for the change that lies ahead.
